Maria Carrillo CA senior Colton Swinth won the boys varsity 2-mile small school race in 10:20.1 at the 35th Ed Sias Invitational at Hidden Valley Park in Martinez, Calif. Swinth ran the fastest time of the meet, helping Maria Carrillo take the top two spots and place five scorers in the top 10 and all seven athletes in the top 15 to prevail over Campolindo CA by a 23-62 margin.
